I have been traveling to the Manchester area for work and I’ve been trying to find a hotel that hits everything I want. This was a nice hotel to stay at. Friendly staff, no complaints on the cleanliness of the room. The in room microwave did not work in my room, and the fridge wasn’t as cold as it could have been. The AC made weird noises that woke me up a few times. The rooms are virtually soundproof. The ONLY sound I heard from other guests was at about 330 AM and it was heavy foot steps above me. Otherwise it was absolutely silent. I would have thought I was the only guest. Bed was comfortable. Overall good-great experience.

My room was FANTASTIC! It had all the Amenities you could want. On different occasions I had the pleasure of asking and interacting with the night desk clerk. She was GREAT at her job and was very helpful with answering questions or concerns that I may have had. She was Fantastic with Customer Service and a pleasant smile! I had one issue during my stay in that on there Direct TV feed or because it was a Marriott Hotel, I had a Channel that would pop up on my TV Guide in my room that said Fox News and had TV lineup of shows that seemed like Fox News could be viewed and tried to go there only to find that it came up with Fox Business News. **STOP the leftist movement and let people view the channels they want to view! I could watch CNN, MSNBC and CNN Headline News but couldn't watch the Channel I wanted to tune into to. The number of channels and the viewing options were very limited. I would recommend the Four Points by far!!! Definitely above and beyond my expectations except for the noted issues!
