Cold a/c, comfy bed and a beautiful view.

Had a wonderful week stay. The staff were incredibly attentive and the hotel was beautiful. The rooftop pool and bar is definitely a highlight and must see. The buffet was my only disappointment, the food was dry, cold and not worth the price.

The CLEANEST hotel I have ever stayed. From checkin to checkout, the ENTIRE staff makes you feel like you are at home. The buffet meals offer delicious selections. Security is on point from inspecting vehicles to scanning all bags at the entrance. The staff is engaging, friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to a guest's needs. There would be too many to list here, but rest assured, the entire staff makes this already appointed hotel, a must stay when you are in the Cebu area.

This an amazing hotel and highly recommend the Bai Hotel if you are in Cebu. It is slightly further away from traditional tourism but worth the extra drive.

Heaps better for less out there

Terrible from the muck around at the check-in to the departure horrible room bucket full of water catching the leaks in the shower dirty towel on the floor no tv well there was one but it had 2 channel on it after half a hour of searching. Chinese owned building and it showed by the lack of care to the little things the area was dreadful walk out the front and there’s poor homeless fella asleep basically at the front door at 11 am walked up the road and was hit up by 3 separate people for money 2 were definitely Ice addicted just a really dodgy area would not suggest a single woman to go anywhere near the front door after dark for money I paid it was a definitely the worst place I’ve stayed in Philippines 2 stars would of been 1 but the staff where lovely as usual best part of the whole place was the pool and the view from there not worth half of what if what I paid.

Like the friendly staff and cleanliness of property also the food. One thing I didn't like was that the fridge in the room was empty I'm use to amenities being in the fridge even if your having to pay for it. We got there around 1:00am in the morning walked to a store for snacks the clerk on offered ordering from the outside and having it delivered instead we just took the 10minute Walk the fridge being supplied would have me give this hotel a excellent rating this should be an easy fix

The pool was nice. The gym had great equipment. I was locked out of my room one evening and I went to the reception and they gave me two reprogrammed cards and that did not fix the problem so I went back to the reception and the receptionist went back upstairs with me and called maintenance who discovered that the batterie in the lock needed to be replaced. The lock had been flashing read for the last three days indicating in my mind that it needed to be replaced. After the new batterie was replaced it went right to green. The television had bad reception in picture and audio. The staff were great.

They ran out of a lot of things to make drinks at the pool. The coffee machine at the pool was broken Tue entire two weeks we were there. The only place to get coffee is a detached coffee shot, it was very nice but to go out of the hotel and back in, you have to go through a metal detector and take everything out of your pockets everytime, kind of silly when there are people getting up to the pool that are not guests.
