We didn’t stay. The room was filthy. There was long hair all over the bathroom floor, there was food splatter all over inside of the microwave, there was a dead cockroach on the window sill, there was makeup stains on the pillowcases, and when we pulled sheets back on the bed there were short hairs between the sheets. We immediately went to the front desk and informed them of the issues and left. They have a sign posted at check in that says no refunds. So I didn’t even bother trying, I just wanted to get out of there.

The chair in room 317 had no support, you feel like you’ve fallen through to the floor. The linoleum in the bathroom is curled away from the bathtub. The lighting in the bathroom was too dim. This room needed an upgrade years ago. For 256$w/tax- not great.

Overpriced, musty hotel with unhelpful staff

Moist, musty, and dingy hotel who jacked their prices up to ridiculous amount because of football game in town. It was decently clean but staff was very short and not informative when asked simple questions. For $250 for one night my family and I will never stay there again. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Stayed here for a football weekend along with many others. Price was cheap compared to many others, and plenty of uber availability to get around town safely. A bit outdated but no issues... a trouble free stay.

Some folks do not have Xtra time and/or $ or maybe no want to go out of hotel for breakfast so, I think it wouldn't be asking too much for improvements on your breakfast offerings when paying $75 per stay --- Ideas: fresh fruit, flavored yogurt, danishes, quality cafe. (Would stay again) Thanks- Dhanevaad! :)

Room was okay. Only needed for 1 night so did the job. The TV didn't work and when I went to plug my phone in behind the bed, it was super dirty back there. There was also random debris under the bed so sure it doesn't get cleaned often. Bathroom was also not super clean.

Terrible, we checked in and there were no sheets on the bed, and the bathroom was not clean. Got a different room and it smelled terrible. Got another room, and had used towel, still wet in the bathroom, sheets had blood on them. We left.

This facility needs someove. Though staff was responsive to requests it needs updating. The wifi is reslly bad. A speed test revealed it was less than 1 Mbps. Also the wifi name and password provided at check in were both incorrect.

The service was abysmal. They were unaccommodation and impolite. They did not have the room we booked (a king) and acted like they did me a favor by giving me a double queen. I did not want that, it is not what I booked. They failed to mention it upon check in and when I asked the front desk they mentioned off handed that it was due to a lack of cleaning staff. Upon forgetting an item in the room they would not allow me to retrieve it. They said it was likly locked in the lost and found, to which they did not have the key, and they would not be able to access it until the cleaning staff came in the morning (we come by at 5pm). There was considerable trash and debris under the bed and the lock on exterior of the building was completely broken off. The fitness area was out of use, there was no mention of this before booking or at the desk. All and all very unpleasant.

The hotel is in much poorer condition than the photos looked. Leak around the toilet seal. Shower was gross and stained. Had larger bugs in bathroom. Bed was actually comfortable and shower had good pressure and consistent water temperature. I'll give them that. I had my dog with me and it was a last minute booking so I just went with the first thing I could find. When I woke up Sunday morning I had bites on my face and neck. Left right after that (was check out time anyways). Dr said it appears to be bed bugs. Health department and Department of Agriculture contacted.
