Beautiful Hotel in Downtown Winnipeg

The hotel is a lovely property. The bathroom sink and tub faucets were very difficult to get set at a comfortable temperature, but otherwise everything was great! All staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was so substandard for a Fairmont Hotel- couldn’t use the water , old tv no streaming , no comp water , no house coats , dirty carpet. Nothing has been done to update this room - could be 1980 .

No AC working in my room, construction going on in the pool and gym floors, beer spilt on me in the lobby bar and just overall poor condition of the hotel. Management and serving staff were excellent but front desk could be friendlier. This property is run down and needs a big overhaul.
