First impression was turning the light on with only one flickering bulb working, toilet didn't flush, stains everywhere, cold showers, no hot breakfast, tv out of service. "Kitchenette" only had one small dented broken handle pot. Bed felt like its been used by a 500 pound man for the last 10 years. I've stayed in much cheaper hotels where you would almost expect things like this but most of those places are nicer then here.
