I wish that I had been able to request a first floor room when I made my reservation through Expedia. For a pair of 80-year-olds, the two options (Stairs or ramp) were a challenge for us. The outdoor ramp was not too bad when we arrived, but the next morning it had rained and we were afraid that between the slope and the moisture, there was too much risk of falling. The stairs, though difficult seemed like the safer option.

Needs some updating. It is decent for the price. The breakfast was waffles, cold cereal, bagels etc. No sausage or bacon. There are Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches that were past the double doors that we took back to the room to heat up in the microwave. We only knew about the sandwiches waiting in line to check in. Overall it was a decent place to stay for a couple of nights.

For being rated a 2 star hotel on Google, this is the second time I've stayed here and it's been great. Staff is friendly, rooms have been clean. My only advice for any hotel is clean those air units, they get so gross over time.

We were having a problem finding a hotel in the area. I checked expedia and found two rooms really quick. This place had No Vacancies when we arrived. Glad we booked when we did.

Bathroom outdated and in poor shape. Staff a bit stressed upon check in. Asked for upper floor room in special request upon reservation and were stuck on lower floor. Could hear people above walking and talking as well as people in halls coming in/out-not good sound proofing. Sheets were comfy and location was pretty. Breakfast was typical. Just okay.

It was clean, outdated, the picture advertised is nothing how the room looked. There is no jacuzzi so I would get a picture that matches the room. The bathroom is small with a blue toilet and tub from the 80’s or earlier. The breakfast is served in a different building from the rooms so walking outside is required. Basic breakfast with cereal, toast, tiny muffins or yogurt. Air conditioning didn’t really cool the room off. It was quiet even though the ions were all booked. There is a 2nd floor with no elevator.

Worst Sleep Ever

I booked the hotel because of the price and knew it was rated a 7 out of 10. The hotel was clean and I’m not surprised it was severely outdated with no amenities. The room we stayed in however was at the end of the hall, near the ice machine, stairs, and external door. It was the worst sleep I have ever had in a hotel. Very noisy and paper thin walls. The breakfast was included in the rate and again was to be expected for a continental breakfast. Nothing special or bad about it. When I gave feedback at check out to the hotel staff about our room location I was told oh I’m surprised I’ve never heard anyone say that. Well now you have…

The a/c did not work right. We were hot. The tub was either so old it looked dirty or it was dirty. We did not shower. Weak boards in the decking, seemed unsafe. The worst thing was the first room they gave us had a spot of blood on the bottom sheet. Made me worry about bedbugs. They did give us another room. Would not recommend this motel.
