Overall, it was a pleasant stay. We were surprised about the $200 extra charge upon checkin (that you do have returned at the end of your stay) I believe they need to inform their guests prior to booking on all the websites. Another negative was that we booked a room for a family of 5 with2 queens and a couch bed. Our room only had to queens. Lastly, the body soap dispenser in the shower was empty upon arrival (we stayed 2 days) and was never refilled. Luckily, I always bring my own, so this wasn't a major deal. The hotel does need to inform their guests that they need to renew their key cards dor every day of their stay at the front desk. We returned to our room late and had to park in the rear of the hotel, only to find out the hard way that our key cards no longer worked, so we had to walk around to the front of the hotel at a late hour. Other than that, it was a pleasant enough stay.
