A 4 story-hotel with broken elevator for more than 2 weeks! - Why not a notice was there to seniors before booking? - Why not a person was available to help seniors with their luggage? - Why it took 40 minutes to check-in going up the stars and coming back to the lobby because the first and the second assigned rooms were not ready?

When we checked in today they told me the elevator was broke?, so was the the hotel in Renton, they're elevator was out also 'strange'? with many other things not working. But the Clarion in Medford Oregon was much better. In Medford they did put me on the first floor, for I'm disabled.

Inexpensive and convenient location. Near Wal Mart. Secure building, locked at night. Front desk has a market style offering, including alcholic beverages. Staff was friendly enough and helped where they could. Breakfast spread had good variety and was mid tier. Pool and hot tub open late was a nice plus. Room was comfy and clean enough, though beat up and patched up over time. The cons. I roll in late with three hungry kids and a wife after a long trip in from the Bay Area. It isnt until right after I pay that the front desk worker tells me the elevator is closed. I have a third floor room and a ton of stuff. We get into the room which is generally fine but certain things dont work. The microwave doesnt work so I have to beg the front desk worker to use the first floor microwave. Then in the morning my wife finds that the hair dryer makes a high pitch squeal and doesnt work. Eggs were gritty in the AM, though sausage was good. I wouldnt personally stay here again but it was a fair enough place to overnight that we didnt leave. I wouldve opted for Comfort Inn or Fairfield at this rate had I known all the catches at Clarion.

We stayed 3 nights for a baseball tournament. Only thing I didn’t like was they don’t clean your room or give you fresh towels until day 3. Even asking for towels we didn’t receive them until going to the front desk to get them.

Medford overnight

We always love staying at this hotel whenever we are in the area. It is super convenient, clean and comfortable. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious. There is an indoor pool, which is nice for those with kiddos. The value with this stay is unmatched.

The stay was excellent, but (to no one’s fault) the elevator was out of service. So we had to walk 3 flights to our room with a toddler. Over all a good stay!

I would have to say we were a little disappointed. The elevator and hallways stunk of marijuana. The breakfast service was rarely stocked. Half the lights in our room and bathroom did not work and the tile floors where missing nearly all there grout. We where expecting better and will be looking elsewhere next time.

I was in town for a short business trip. The staff was very friendly and I found the room and gym facilities clean. Some of the furniture are showing normal wear and tear of use, but it was a minor issue. Checking in and out was very simple and quick.

This hotel was mediocre- mostly clean. Rooms were smaller but the bed was comfortable and there was great water pressure. The breakfast options were good. Afterhours check in (after 9pm) was somewhat difficult. I booked through Expedia and this hotel didn't have my reservation which was concerning...conveniently located near Walmart and other shopping/dining locations.
