Never even got to stay the night ....paid ahead of time and got refused due to my service animal...the front office clerk was extremely rude and the place looked worn down and dirty...would not suggest to my worst enemy!!!

I never got to check in. Apparently when I booked the room on Hotels.com app, all the rooms where full. So that was a great suprise. I ended up have to barrow money to book another room elsewhere. The booking was very unprofessional. Something i would expect from a smaller booking company. I lost a lot of trust in hotels.com.

The room itself was clean. The blankets and towels were clean, but they have a roach problem. I ended up killing 5 to 6 roaches during my stay.

Infestation

Upon opening the door we emediatly saw roaches everywhere. We reported back to the office and they refused to give a refund. We called the booking company who talked to them and they told them we didnt pay for the cancelation protection...because everyone expects to have a bedguests of roaches.

Cheap place for the displaced.

Air conditioning works cant change the direction of air flow because the vent flaps are missing. I found a 3 roaches crawling around the floor in the bathroom but I can't leave as I am homeless.

It was awful there was a giant cockroach infestation so my friend and I had to leave at 11pm to find a different place to spend the night. And even though we did not spend the full night the manager refused to give us a refund or to even offer any solutions for the roaches. He was also unsurprised about the cockroach’s there were even baby coach-roach’s.
