Good customer service, they left us a nice treat which was sweet! though our bathroom stank and was a bit dirty with hair everywhere, and glass under the table near the bed. Staff were all very pleasant and accommodating. The shower water pressure was fantastic lol. Rooms small ish but very clean and had microwave coffee machine etc which was helpful. Tram access is like a two minute walk away and super convenient
