Basic hotel; Not bad

Basic hotel. Not bad. Room had laminate floor; clean without the carpet. Room had a kitchen in it. Kitchenware provided at front desk. Breakfast was grab n go. Muffin & coffee; basic. Laundry room needed cleaning. The rest was alright.

Front desk staff and Housekeeping very nice and professional. Room was clean. The bed was uncomfortable. Little to no water pressure in shower. Wooden floors made it very noisy at all hours of day and night. Maybe other ESA's are better than this location.

Not really a breakfast. Dog owners need to pick up after their dogs. Water pressure too low for a decent shower. Can hear upstairs guests walking around in early hours of the morning.

Hotel was nice, first room smelled of dog pee and we got transferred to a second room which was clean. Beds super soft - not our cup of tea. Breakfast that we were supposed to get was non existent- 2 packages of oatmeal and some yogurt. That was it for the entire hotel!!!

Nightmare of a late-(almost) check-in.

This was a truly horrific and frustrating experience. My flight got into Orlando late so I called the property to tell them I was on my way. The person at the desk confirmed they had my reservation and everything was all set. When I arrived at 2:00am suddenly they couldn't find my reservation. Because I hadn't bothered to check it in before the night audit was run the system automatically canceled it. The woman on the desk had no idea how to reactivate the reservation, mind you I had already paid for the reservation in full through hotels.com and the money had already left my account. I stood there, exhausted, desperate to get to bed. Only to be told that there was nothing but the person at the front desk could do. After 45 minutes the person at the desk finally gave up and gave me a key to a room. On the 4th floor. I go to use the elevator, and the elevator is not working so I trudge up the four flights upstairs only to get there and find out my room key doesn't work. I'm done. Just a ridiculous experience all the way around

Just ok if you are staying only one night

Only stayed one night and for that purpose, an extended stay place is not the best choice. For example, no coffee maker in room. And breakfast was less than minimal. Could not find an ice maker anywhere. Had to pay a $100 deposit at check-in. That's pretty unusual.
