We could clearly hear the guests next door. While they were having a difficult time with their child- the fact we could hear them so clearly was hard for us. As the child didn’t get quiet until after 1:00am The hotel was clean- beds comfortable- desk clerk very nice.

Okay for one night stay

Had to use force to get the bathroom door to close. At least the clerk took note of the next morning. There were also soap and shampoo dispensers, but what happened? Two of the three lights in the room were fluorescent giving the room an institutional feel. The trash can outside was overflowing. At least the clerk was efficient in checking us in.

No one cleaned our room before check in, also breakfast was by far the worst.breakfast consisted of microwaved salty eggs and wheat biscuits that should be given to a dog. Items that should be refrigerated was not. Fruit flies were not only in the breakfast area but also in our room. In the morning staff threw out garbage in front of sitting areas/ front entrance and it smelled badly. The toilet in our room kept on running. Found clumps of hair in our shower.

Rip off con artist hotel

Well the room that I paid for on hotels.com was not the room the manager gave me when I got there, and then he lied and said that the y have new owners and they got rid of rooms with Jacuzzi cause they were loosing money, so they gave me a regular room there cheapest one when I paid for the king suite so I got charged and paid almost 40$ than what the room they gave me cost which was there cheapest regular room. And then I'm the floor was dirty and the bathtub was not cleaned out and was nasty and when I said something the guy at desk said he would do something and when I went back downstairs he was gone and a lady was working and then in the morning before checkout the manager said we can have a late checkout at 1 pm instead of noon for no cost and then at 12:50 there was a bang on the door when we were packing our stuff and it was some lady was like you late checkout was noon and I tried to explain that the manager said we can checkout at 1 with no charge and she started yelling saying I owe 20 dollars for a late checkout and if I don't pay it she was gonna keep my deposit so I paid the 20 and she gave me my deposit finally and then the manager came in and he was like you don't have to pay for late checkout and I was like so e lady at the desk already charged me 20 dollars and took it and hes like where is she where did she go as she was getting in car and leaving ,,it was a horrible experience and I feel like I got robbed paying 140 dollars for this hotel

Lock on room door was broken, bathroom door did not close all the way, trash all over parking lot including used disposable gloves, long brown hairs all over all towels in bathroom(I have short blonde hair), checked in at 3:45(45 minutes past check in start and was told no room for 20 minutes(parking lot had 3 other cars besides mine and just overall dirty and very rundown.

Absolutely disgusting. The first room they tried to put us in had years of build up dirt on the air conditioning blowing directly into our room. First and grim on the wall in bed area and. Bathroom. Mat in bathtub had what looked like mold. After the front desk got mouthy with us and the conditions tried to put us in another room. The smell was still awful and there were burn and yellow markings on one of the beds. Asked for refund - refused and said management would be back Monday. The halls into the rooms were absolutely disgusting and smelled horrible. Front lobby was masked with air fresheners . Ended up spending $20 more for a different hotel that exceeded our expectations!!!

Very unsatisfied customer

I prepaid throughhotels.com that's how I found this hotel and that was okay it's when I got here and they charged me an extra $50 deposit for whatever reason but didn't charge everybody because when I was checking out this morning I was the only one that was informed that of the four people standing there that my deposit would be put back on my account within the next 5 to 10 business days depending on my bank which I think is BS because I paid for it prepaid I already paid for my room should have never had to make a deposit when I got here not only that when they give me my room it's on the second floor it looks decent when you walk in there until you walk in the bathroom in the tubs got hair in it it's dirty the sink has dirt and stuff all over it it's dirty the place was dirty super freaking loud and noisy never made it downstairs to eat breakfast because I was afraid as dirty as the room was how would the kitchen be don't in the room next door to us was literally under construction half the night with the beating and the banging it was ridiculous I will never stay at this hotel again
