Lots of deferred maintenance in the paramount suite- cabinet doors broken microwave sitting on counter,(there was still one installed) dirty jets in tub (not getting in there!) flattened couch with zippers pointed out(afraid to look underneath)…you get the idea. Certainly not worth >$300/night.

very nice employees even the housekeepers. very clean, and quiet. A lot cheaper than I remember from past stays and ROOMS HAVE FRIDGES without having to rent one for every day your there. and the fridges are nice and have alot of room in them.

Rooms seemed clean enough. Big problem was the restaurant option. Steakhouse was closed. Had to go to mason street courtyard. It was quite possibly the worst meal Ive ever had. When I mentioned our concerns to the wait staff they seemed not to care. Everyone’s meals showed up at least fifteen minutes apart and the lobster was un edible. Needless to say we won’t be going back to eureka

It was under construction in front roped off could not drive around to front door! Also my bed mattress was crap had a lump in middle and slumped on the sides. the shower leaked all night Also the wall paper in the bathroom was peeling off.. the food at best was avg powered eggs horrible coffee buffet was not good and did not have a good selection… The $65 lobster meal was a joke they were very over cooked. I paid $267 a night for a suite and all it was Was a room that hat a tube in the corner of room oh the tv didn’t work right either what a wast of money this was room428 which was right beside the elevator which all the loud people would let you know when they got off and stumbled to their room.. the elevator had door problems it tried to come open a couple of times.. fyi you drink the bottle water in the room it’s $4.00 I paid $267 for a suite and I have to pay for a bottle of water in my room really!

The staff was friendly . The floors in the room were dirty. The shower was slippery and leaked when the toilet flushed . Not all of the towels seemed clean. Some were dingy and stained. The tv was impossible to work. There was 1 channel and the screen was reduced to the bottom left side.
