Housekeeping needs training ASAP

We stayed two nights in separate reservations. Front desk staff were consistently polite and helpful. Cleanliness was terrible both times. The first room we stayed at smelled terribly of mildew, we were then moved to a second room that had hairs on the bed. Front desk was very helpful even when I was strongly complaining. Our second reservation a day later, as we were greeted, housekeeping was sent to make sure the room was ready but upon entering we immediately picked up hair from the bathroom floor, the bath mat was dirty and stained and the shower was filthy. This is a shame because the hotel looks nice, beds are comfortable, parking is plenty and the food at the bar was decent.

Comfortable convenient hotel for dadeland mall and surrounding areas. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was the only let down - a fair selection but all the hot items (eggs/potatoes etc) were stone cold, didn't feel great value for 25 dollars (after tax) . Good coffee though!

I didn’t like that the curtains wouldn’t close properly and I sent a message to the staff about it and didn’t get a response until the night before we checked out. But worse was the tub in the shower was clogged.

The staff was amazing. I was returning “home” to Miami for a relatives funeral and they weee so kind and patient with me. Ian was amazing at check in and he really made me feel welcomed and extended his condolences. He was fase friendly and efficient. Thank you! There was another young lady in the evening with short black hair from PR that was so helpful. I was so exhausted from an emotionally draining week and she was very patient with me. The bartenders were also amazing as well. Great experience overall.
