I’ll be completely honest with my review based on my experience. I stayed 5 days with my family, we never had anyone to clean the room, no fresh towels and bed sheets, there are cockroaches everywhere, we found in our room like 10 of them, when I called to report them I could barely hear the person I was speaking to since there were screamings and dogs barking in the background (I am pretty sure this wasn’t on the lobby) customer service by phone is just awful, although we never had any issues on the front desk, they were very nice, just one of them was very straight forward which was perfect for us! But calling MiaRentals by phone was awful, they are rude and unprofessional. We paid almost 1K and the views to the ocean was beautiful. The hotel needs maintenance cause everything was moldy and rusty, other than that the rest was alright. My advice would be, if you can pay 3 hundred more definitely don’t stay here.

The only thing good about this property was the beach and pool. We rented B-11 on the mezzanine level. The room sleeps 8ish people with two queen beds and two full beds.

Avoid if you can

That hipster guy at the front desk at night has no manners and is rude and unhelpful. Also my room thermostat was broken and it was hot in there. The process to extend my nights was confusing and the boy at the front was not helpful. The valet service is slow and the lines to park or to get the car back when u need it is ridiculously long. The checkout time is 10 am ridiculous and have to pay more to get extended a late checkout instead of being a courtesy like most hotels.
