The front desk clerk gave us the wrong room number which is no big deal but we had to get new door keys twice. The elevators are horrible (scary). We were on the 9th floor and could hear all the street noises.

Hôtel idéalement situé dans le quartier animé de Brickell, chambre très propre. Mais beaucoup de nuisances sonores dans la chambre 505 en raison des bateaux qui passent une bonne partie de la nuit avec la musique à fond et toutes les clims bruyantes installées juste sous les fenêtres. Petit-déjeuner-buffet sans aucun intérêt gustatif et servi avec tellement de polystyrène et de plastique que Greta en ferait une indigestion !!!

The location is fantastic to walk to local eateries and shops. Walking by the water and watching the boats was wonderful. The staff was mediocre and disorganized. We paid for a shuttle to the cruise port at the front desk and the morning of our cruise, the shuttle driver had no idea he had patrons scheduled.

The property was good and convenient, but parking was a problem. While searching I selected parking as a requirement, so I expected parking to be included available, but instead there was expensive valet service offered.

The location is great and the room was comfortable. The hotel has 2 elevator and only 1 working (for 5 days ) which led to long lines and waiting time. The pool was closed and we couldn´t used it during our stay. Breakfast standard. The room is only done every 3 days, which I didn´t know when made the reservation, and this is a servixe that I expect daily.
