We checked in to the Comfort Suites Miami Airport North on November 27, 2025, around 2:00pm where our room was ready upon our arrival. We stayed in room 325 as we have several times before and there were 4 adults in our party. The room was very clean, and we found no issues upon entry, we did request some extra pillows from housekeeping which was delivered to the room in a very short time. We walked to Old Toms Sports Bar located about 4.5 to 5 blocks away, which was recommended by the front desk. Good food and a great recommendation by the front desk staff at the motel. When we arrived back to our room the ac worked outstanding as we like it cold, and i mean the room temperature was around 64 with the outside temp around 80. Beds were comfortable and relaxing. The only complaint I may have with the room is the sofa is starting to show some age, but it was ok. We did not use the pool this time but have in the past. The coffee maker in the rooms was ok, but it was enough to get me downstairs to breakfast. On check out we had a basic breakfast which was ok, we met the shuttle bus to Port Miami at 9:30am out front of the motel which arrived on time. The bus was included in our room rate which was nice. The Comfort Suites staff were great, polite and accommodating to all my request. We have stayed at Comfort Suites Miami Airport North several times over the last 2 years and will stay there again in the future as we use this location for our accommodations before cruises.

Free shuttle from airport was easy and timly. Dissappointed it advertised free shuttle service to the cruise port but at check in did not tell us to sign up and they did not have room for us. We mentioned this when we called to make sure before booking. So that is a false amenity. Only if they have room and you know to.ask for it. At the airport you just showed up.

We booked this hotel for the cruise shuttle. The driver was extremely rude, and yanked our luggage out of our hands and announced to everyone “get on the bus and sit down, shut up unless we wanted to drive the bus” I grabbed our luggage and called an uber. The hotel staff were very nice but the shuttle driver ruined the entire trip.

Room was good size and clean for the most part. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle is the main reason, we book here but there needs to be someone to form a line and keep it orderly as people become upset when they feel like they are being passed.

1. When booking nothing stated to that hotel to port of Miami needed to be booked. I even pre-called the hotel to verify there was a hotel to shuttle service and the lady just said yes. Maybe telling me it needed to be scheduled would be helpful, or send it in the email confirmation, or the non existent welcome email prior to arrival day. 1.1 obviously based on 1, you’ll notice all of the shuttles are now booked and the manger basically told me tough luck, it’s in the fine print on their website. 2. Around 4 and 5:30 I called housekeeping and received no response. So I then called the main desk to ask for an extra pillow and blanket and she said housekeeping left and they won’t be back until tomorrow. They lock that up. Excuse me? You can’t bring me an extra blanket or pillow because housekeeping left for the day. UNACCEPTABLE. If you want a clean hotel, with subpar mattresses, and are fine with well below customer service. This is the place for you!
