Arrived but hot water didn't work. I informed the front desk. They were aware..I asked why they didn't tell me when I checked in. To tired to go find another. Got to lay down on the bed and the pillows smelled like dog had peed on them. NEVER GOING TO USE THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

Very nice hotel with spacious suites in a great location with shopping and restaurants an easy walk. A disappointment was the breakfast! Our first morning we offered cold boiled eggs and minced cold ham.. some cheese slices that looked like Kraft artificial cheese. Some fruit cocktail , toast and bagels . We wouldn’t be so disappointed if we hadn’t read reviews about an excellent breakfast or we wouldn’t have paid the extra for breakfast. So many hotels now have waffle makers or pancake makers and nice baking it sets the standard High . We would stay again based on the location but wouldn’t pay for breakfast .

Dropped a few notches since it was a Country Inn & Suites. Same facility but new owner. I saw only 2 baggage carts, so good luck getting one. Tiny TV. Poor water pressure. Hallway doors to exterior controlled by badge access are now unlocked 24/7 due to poor seating of door into hinges. Both ends of the hallway. Not maintained. So anyone off the street can enter the hotel without passing the front desk and camera. I didn't try the complimentary powdered eggs--I mean breakfast--so really can't comment on that, but coffee from the Bold Carafe was pretty good.
