EBHotel/Miami From check in to check out A+ service! Food is excellent. We arrived at 9:30 pm and had dinner at the bar Yuri took great care of us. Quick lunch, Yanet was very attentive. Check out was easy and bus shuttle to airport very handy.

Well how do I start? Spent 20 minutes waiting to check in as they only had one service desk member. Only 3 people ahead of us but it seemed to take forever!!! Cleanliness isn’t their motto. The decor is beautiful. Hats off to whoever decorated. Ate at the restaurant inside the hotel… out of tiger shrimp, then chocolate cake… food was ok. The Alfredo was bland and of course I got dry chicken instead of the shrimp. Ordered a cosmo and it was lime juice with a dash of cranberry and vodka. Just an overall not good experience. Staff in bar was very nice!
