The rooms are very spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. The hotel is very clean and the stuff is super helpful and nice! I will definitely stay there again, especially when traveling from or to Miami International Airport.

Great hotel close to airport

This is a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms. I can see that the hotel caters to business professionals with the furnishings. The bed was comfortable and the location is prime. My husband and I were able to book a shuttle for our cruise and we had a smooth transition. I would stay here again.

Be sure to check your credit card statement. We were charged $60 more than our receipt for the night. Tried to call hotel, left a message, no return call. They seem to not know why there is a difference and will not fix it.

This place is wonderful generally. The only issue was we had no hot water in room 224. We ran the water for 5 minutes at least before getting in and it never got hot. It was so disappointing because the luxury shower would’ve been an amazing treat. And the bed being able to be adjusted was an added bonus. The front staff was wonderful. The service staff was amazing and IF I came to the area I would stay here again but not being able to get a hot shower was just dreadful.

We love the EB Miami. The service is always incredible, from the airport shuttle drivers, to front desk agents, and bar/restaurant staff. The rooms are spacious and clean with large bathrooms and massive showers. I can hardly believe the affordable price for this amazing property.
