Eden Roc Miami Beach offers 415 air-conditioned accommodations with minibars and espresso makers. Flat-screen televisions come with cable channels and pay-per-view films.

We selected the destination for our anniversary, which we made sure to let them know prior to our arrival. Upon arrival we mentioned it again and nothing was done about it. So we had to ask for three days, during which it was promised every time that we would at least get complimentary wine and it was not done everytime. Only on our last night when we were already tired we receive it finally after we bought one of our own. The greeting to the hotel was terrible, the woman barely said two words to us and made us sign a document for our “deposit” from which we ended up being charged extra for using the hotel facilities that were included in the booking. These people treat guests like wallets instead of humans. Genuinely I never want to step foot into an Eden Roc hotel. Everytime we would ask for cleaning or assistance it would take them days. They ruined my anniversary.

The grounds of the property (pools and beach) were outstanding! Very clean and well maintained! Unfortunately, the room was dated and very worn. We also had 2 situations where we were charged “accidentally.” The first was for $60 at a restaurant and they fixed it promptly. The second time was for $480 and had we not checked our account, we would have never known. They did take care of this after we notified the front desk.

Not many reasonably priced food options near by. Ridiculously priced service charge out on drinks. $26 for a mediocre cocktail. I get its right on the beach and the rooms were nice with beautiful views. I only was there because of a conference I attended. I doubt I’d ever go back for a vacation.
