The front desk is always fantastic. Housekeeping was extremely rude when I asked for additional pillows and blankets for my children. Fernando yelled at me and told me the hotel was full, which it was not. The pull out bed and couch cushions had stains and marks all over it.

We had a fantastic experience at Eden Roc! What we loved the most was the beach experience with easy way to get beach chairs and umbrellas, the proximity to the wonderful beach, the view from our room, the spacious room and great dining options. We would highly recommend this property.

We love the location of the hotel. I love that it’s oceanfront. Our room was nicely appointed although I felt like the entire hotel could be cleaner and it is showing its age. Also, the water in the bathroom is not very hot.

I wasn’t expecting a beach view so that’s a non-issue. The rooms need some repairs - baseboards coming off, paint peeling…for that kind of money, I expect better. The AC didn’t work very well either.
