when i went to check in they told me i have reserved only one room when i reserve 2 rooms. they refuse to give me the keys for the second room, and there was not a manager. i have to go again when a I spoke with a new front desk person, and he gave the key for the second room.

The staff was amazing, the continental breakfast was lacking and not clean. They were very courteous to our pet dog. However, one guests dog almost bit our poodle. That’s not on the hotel but on the guest. Was very noisy from street traffic. But the overall experience was positive. I would stay there again. Access is not great due to the highway, which was very busy and you could not make a left turn once you came out of the hotel. Restaurants are nearby and was within walking distance of my work business that I was visiting.
