Stunning oceanfront view with balcony and amazing beach access. Nice enough room but the Chateau building is clearly older and the shower water was luke warm at best. All very clean though. The property is otherwise beautiful inside and out with very helpful and friendly staff. Food and drink on property is extremely expensive. I spent more on that than I did the room nights and that was for one adult and a child with no alcohol at all.

Very family friendly and clean rooms. The rooms could use some updating. The only complaints I really had was that the fridge in the room did not get cold enough to keep anything good and there is no self parking, only valet.

Overall nice hotel. Direct access to the beach (you open the gate and walk across the walking/bike path). The dining options are good, but very expensive (I know I’m at a very popular beach resort town). The hotel has a party vibe to it so if you like that then this is the place for you. The Sinatra tribute heading to the departure lot is very cool.

The room was nice & clean. The view was magically stunning. However, there was no bedding, linens or pillows for our second bed in our suite. Also the freezer in the kitchenette leaked gigantic puddles in the kitchen without ever being opened, used or messed with. There was next to no staff anywhere to be found inside in order to check-in upon our late arrival, and during checkout the next morning there was only 1 staff member checking people out making a huge line of people wait for over 15 min.

I realized the price tag was very reasonable for what the fontainebleau stands for, but when we arrived I realized why. This is a massive space that looked, felt, and smelt like a conference center. It was barely upscale, smelled like a casino, the largest pool was not working, the elevators did not work properly and we got stuck in one of them. The food was very good and the staff was lovely, but this hotel did not have traditional Fontainebleau vibes. However, the amenities, food, and drink were priced at ultra luxury and we were disappointed by the property itself.
