Food was reasonably priced and good quality. Restaurant was a nice environment over looking pool. Rooms were clean and well maintained, bathroom was clean and well maintained and good shower water pressure. Hotel positioning was good - private beach area. Hotel had free WiFi and no issues with WiFi. Hotel does advertise access to Netflix on TV using your own account however, on arrival hotel do not connect TV’s to WiFi - my only small complaint.

Small glitch, corrected swiftly

We checked in late. We had reserved a Jr Suite but was given a standard room with a balcony. This doesn’t work for us as we need a couch & beds. I contacted the desk and after 30 minutes we were taken to the Jr. Suite. The staff was polite and accommodating but we were not notified of the change in room size before arriving at the room. The rest of the trip was perfect.

My second time at this hotel. Love the location, best of both worlds. Not too loud but also still in the middle of everything. Everything was amazing and I’m so happy with my decision to return again.
