Don’t stay at the Radisson Hotel Miami Beach hotel. It will be a huge waste of your vacation time & money. Seek another oceanfront hotel with 1. Friendlier customer service at check-in, as that can set a mood for your stay. Eye rolling & attitudes are unacceptable, stay home if you’re having a bad day! 2. Family memb.was trying to upgrade at check-in, front desk says come back early next morning & they “found” a room but by the time she went upstairs to view it (all of 5 minutes), they sold it saying the last night of our 6 night stay would be unavailable, liars! Was that the case BEFORE she left to view it, liars & poor customer service. Family got locked out of her room-key card magically stopped working & was finally let back in after 45 minutes of maintenance & housekeeping failed attempts. They reprogrammed the door with a laptop. 3. & I’ll end with this one: inadvertently left a bag in the lobby with cleaning supplies, Bluetooth speaker & souvenirs & when I called back the next day, after our 15 hour drive home, no one saw the bag BUT we were checked out & security was standing there & valet assisted us. Totally our fault for leaving it but what happened to being honest in today’s world!!????!!!! After housekeeping advised no bag was turned in, called for the manager 2 request camera reviews in the lobby at our departure time & she’s “out on emergency leave” but you can email her. Make it Make Sense! Again, Front Desk customer service needs a 100% makeover!!!!!!!!!!!
