The room had ants in the kitchen and the bathroom, and all around the room. Christian was the only one person of the staff who was kind and worried about we having a good time. By the other hand, the other part of the staff wasn't very pleasant and did not respond to our needs timely.

The overall appearance of the rooms are terrible. Room is really dated and has a horrible carpet odor. The front desk staff was not very pleasant

Stayed for a few days the rooms was always clean including the premises. The staff was friendly Shawn and Chris lol the look a like were the best. Breakfast was great!! Buffet nice and hot and 24/7 tea or coffee. Our over experience was wonderful definitely will stay again.

The room had a bad smell, but the frontdesk changed our room when we complained. The room wasnt cleaned during our 3 day stay. So the housekeeping should do better. All the persons at the front desk was friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was good. This place used to be 5star, please keep it up.
