The hotel is in a great location on Biscayne Blvd. The setup is quite nice and the room was nice as well. The front desk was helpful. Their are other hotels, fast food, and shopping nearby as well as some bars and restaurants that are pretty nice. The bad thing was the room was not clean. The floor was dirty, and overall it didn't leave a great impression. The room door didn't close on its own as well. We told the front desk that the room needed cleaning. They had someone go up to service it. Later that night when we returned the door to the room was ajar. Whomever went to service the room didn't even bother to clean it not even close the door. I would return for the location, but not for the cleaninliness.

Great start to our holiday!

Room was very clean, bed, bedding and pillows very comfortable in room 719. Lovely big bathroom with plenty of towels. Breakfast was ok, it’s free so can’t complain. Staff were friendly and helpful. The laundry came in handy too and detergent was provided free of charge from reception, small charge for use of the machines. Bus stops right outside the hotel. Bus no.3 goes downtown to Bayside market and on the opposite side you can get Bus 36 to South Beach. Bus fare is $2.25 each way, if paying on a bank card you can only purchase 1 ticket, so you’ll need a card per person, if cash, but there’s no change! Fantastic pre-cruise stay, transportation to the cruise terminal is bookable at reception for $10pp. For the price this hotel is excellent value for money.
