My room had a weird scent upon entering; lamp shade is visibly old and needs to be replaced you can see the how worn out it is. In fact, it should be thrown out that’s how visually unappealing it is and it makes it feel that the rooms either aren’t being maintained well as they should be. I noticed tears in the lounge chair of my room. The iron had calcium build up and its cord wasn’t wrapped up properly. Attention to details is crucial and details like decor upkeep and room cleanliness should be managed better as top priority.

We had a great stay here! The location was super convenient—close to Wynwood, the Design District, and just a short drive to downtown and Miami Beach. Tons of cool restaurants, shops, and art nearby. The hotel was clean and modern, and our room was comfy and quiet. The bed was cozy, and we really appreciated the blackout curtains (great for sleeping in after a night out). Everything felt well-kept and fresh. The free breakfast was a nice bonus—nothing fancy, but solid with both hot and cold options. Staff were friendly and helpful the whole time. We also liked the secure parking and the pool area. Overall, great value for the area. We’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in Miami.

Room was clean and spacious and had a great view of the ocean, however there were no pillows for the hide-a-bed and the toilet didn't work properly. The laundry facility was terrible... there was only one set of machines for this large hotel and there were at least 10 families trying to do laundry at the same time, also the dryer didn't work very well!

There was no bar soap on the bathroom and the gel that is on the shower was clearly mixed with water. All the three products for personal hygiene on the wall were full of fungus on the lids. Additionally, someone opened our door around 10:30. We were not able to see if it was an stranger or housekeeping. Both entirely wrong and concercing because or anybody can access the room or housekeeping could not wait after our check out time to visit the room (we only stayed for one night so what was the hurry if we were about to leave in 30 minutes?).

The hotel had charged me on September 25 for my room, which was not pending on my credit card. I did not arrive until September 27 and they tried to charge me again. I had to show her my credit card information on line. She said they charge people when they are near capacity. But what if I wanted to cancel. Never have I been charged 2 days before arrival while using hotels.com.
