The hotel had charged me on September 25 for my room, which was not pending on my credit card. I did not arrive until September 27 and they tried to charge me again. I had to show her my credit card information on line. She said they charge people when they are near capacity. But what if I wanted to cancel. This isn't the most luxurious property by any means but what definitely set it apart for me was all the staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and i do mean everyone. They were the one that made our stay great. The property is very nice and great value. Well done management you have a good team.
