The staff was horrible, we woke up at 2am bitten by bedbugs, our bed was filled with we ended up staying in the lobby until 10 am we were not given another room because they were booked nor another hotel never have I experienced such a horrible experience. We have pictures and video, they said because we booked through a third party there was not much they can do

The room had a bad smell, and the hotel was in need of repairs. Not what it looked like on the pictures. Shuttle was not available upon request as it was saying on the website. Breakfast was horrible.
