This hotel is under construction and renovation. The pool area is completely dirty with a ton of dust because there are cranes above the pool doing construction. It’s very noisy. The rooms are small and dreary. I regret staying in this hotel and would not recommend it to anybody.

The front desk supervisor a Caucasian lady with long blonde hair. She’s the worst person they could have at the front desk welcoming guest. Her demeanor is HORRIBLE. It’s because of her I will never come to that hotel again and I will spread the word to any of my friends and family as well.

Hotel is okay. Humidity in the room was a problem for the first day but the AC took care of that after 8hr running. The pool area needs updating. Beach area service was great.

Very clean property with helpful staff. Delicious fish tacos from their restaurant. Nice breakfast cafe in the lobby for quick and easy meal on-the-go. Very convenient walk to the convention center.

Staying here has taught me to always confirm if there is a mini fridge and microwave in the room!!! They do not!!!! Also I wasn’t pleased with the bed being in the middle of the room “literally “ nestled right below the A/C vent. We were either freezing cold or scorching hot. All in all staff very friendly though!!

No te dicen del destination fee cuando entras y hay muchos impuestos y cosas que te cobran que es confuso, el asensor es super pequeño en dos ocasiones tomamos las escaleras desde el 6 piso, todo se trata de dinero te cobran por todo las sombrillas en la playa también y entiendo que es un negocio pero uno se siente que solo te tratan por las propinas pero en fin no regresaría a esté hotel
