Half of building is residences so it’s fairly busy. Tried to get early check in but they said they couldn’t accommodate us. Came back at check in time and room still wasn’t ready and somehow this time they could switch us rooms. Otherwise decent stay in an average hotel.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I arrived from my cruise well before check-in; however, they stored my bags for me and let us use the pool prior to check-in. Rooms were clean and spacious, and the lobby was clean and very modern. I would definitely stay again!

I stayed there for two weeks. The stay was all right, but I asked for 30 minutes overtime for checkout and they wouldn’t give that to me without a $45 charge for 30 minutes. I think that that was awful so I came down right at the checkout time to check out and they’re already charged my card. They had to reverse it, very inconvenient.
