There was not house keeping provided. We had to use the same bath towel for 4 days. The apartment I got was not the one I picked when I booked it thru Expedia. The apartment was not renovated and not, the kitchen was not equipped for cooking at all, it barely have a couple of coffee mugs and a couple of wine glasses. I didn't know I was renting an AirB&B condo, I thought I was renting a 2 bedroom suite from the Arya Hotel on Coconut Grove since I did the reservation thru Expedia.-

Great location view and general building amenities! Room was decent but dated and poorly equipped. While check was convenient and at front desk, rest of service comes from another company which is not on site. The onsite management said they’d do things, such as replacing a broken appliance to not responding to emails or answering phone . Frustrating

Very nice location, enjoyed the view and the place. The only part that could be better, was the management company is not very responsive and local hotel staff cannot or does not want do anything besides checking you in. I definitely would stay here again.
