This hotel charges a hidden $15 daily fee called a "Hotel Services Fee". It is not disclosed or listed on the third-party booking sites. The hotel is generally old and run down. The breakfast was never out or started at the time as posted. They would not extend any consideration for discounting the total bill when my business required me to check out one day early of the four days. The check in staff was slow and for some reason they take a photocopy of your ID. Lord only knows where that goes to.

The staff were very kind and attentive, and they surprised us with a room upgrade to a beautiful river view and a special amenity in the room to celebrate my wife’s birthday and our wedding anniversary. Room was great. Your customer service rep Silveria.M. Is absolutely fabulous. My sister and I are handicapped and she was so very,very helpful in getting us to our room and through checkout. She even got us a very spacious car for transport to our cruise port. I’ve never had such wonderful compassionate assistance. She is a GEM .
