The rooms were clean and comfortable beds. Great location. The only thing I felt they needed was signage. There absolutely no comfort inn sign when you drive by the entrance had one tiny sign but you can not see it when you drive by. We had no clue where it was because it’s tucked in on a one way street behind the convention center and it looks like a back entrance to the center. They need large sign out front or in their awning.

Upon arrival, I asked for early check-in, which was granted. However, at no point during check-in was I informed that the room did not have heat. Once I got to the room, I realized there was no heat available. I went back downstairs to the front desk to ask about possible compensation or whether maintenance could submit a work order, but there was no clear resolution offered. I was very surprised, as most AC units come with heat, and this should have been disclosed upfront—especially before assigning the room. Transparency matters, and this experience was disappointing and uncomfortable. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with my stay.

We booked a standard room for 3 people. We were "upgraded" free of charge to a suite. Well this suite was awful! The shower handle was loose, so much so that I was unable to locate the hot water. I had to call to get maintance to come up. They got a drill and took it apart to fix it. by day 2 it was back to the same state. The faucet at the sink was very hard to close. So it leaked most of the time. The bathroom wall had something red on it, it looked like blooed so we pointed it out to maintance when he was there fixing the shower faucet. he said it was food but never offered to have it cleaned. Most of the front desk staff had a hard time udnerstanding English. Also the suite faced the freeway. All night long card raced through the freeway, actual race cars with adjusted features to make loud loud sounds when racing down the freeway. This didn't ;et us sleep/ We paid fees of a luxury hotel most likely becuase there was a marathon happening so they trippled the rates. The complimentary breakfast was also very bad. The oatmeal was pre-sweetened and with milk -not taking into account those that don't consume sugar or dairy. All and all very bad stay, very worn hotel will NOT come back ever again!

I had to go down to the front desk to get sheets, blankets and pillow for the sofa bed. It was extremely uncomfortable with the springs quite obvious. I ended up folding the comforter over so I could sleep on that. It helped a bit.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Lots of pillows. Restaurant food was good and reasonably priced. The bartender was great. Bathroom felt small and cramped, but water pressure was great.
