I loved that it was close to the airport the staff at the front Ms. Deserie was well hands on and two others but the others showed no interest especially the Spanish girl that worked the nights .. her phone was priority .. my dislikes weighed more as you pay for service and u had to do most things urself having to go down to the front desk for towels packages food ect. The hotel was under construction which made it worse the air condition kept cutting off... fyi if your going to have a kitchen in a suite atleast have a broom and mop for spills in the room ... I had to keep calling about my room being cleaned and when the person came I might as well had done it myself ... apparently they have " light cleaning" which consist of only changing the towels in your room and u have to stay there for atleast 7 days to have your room cleaned daily (which I stayed there for but room was only cleaned properly ONCE" ... I promised not to complain so much but to the employees I met in my last days were really a joy wish I met them at the beginning

Everything about this about Hotel is spot on! Can't go wrong with the large I bedroom spacious suites. Bathroom has nice vanity with a blowdryer, and a BIG PLUS was the dove shampoo and conditioner! Don't let that pull out couch fool you. It slept 2, and it was soooo comfy, get extra linin from the front desk. The bar was a plus, we played cards and drank.. didn't have the breakfast, only because we left for our cruise so early in the morning..Staff was exceptional ! BOOK YOUR ROOM KNOW !!!! YOU WON'T REGRET IT...

Room was ready over 2 hours late. Air conditioning was broken in one room and we had to switch rooms. No one helped us move our things. I requested sheets for a bed and they told me I needed to go down to get them. There was one gentleman at the front desk who was extremely accommodating and he did his best, but management is horrible at this hotel.

I love to stay at IHG properties but this one was a little disappointing.The staff was very friendly, however the lobby was dirty, there were trash along the corridor and the floor of our room, the sofa in our room had stains all over it. I was very unhappy with the cleanliness of the hotel, however there were a lot of children staying there at the time which probably accounts for trash being everywhere. Maintenance could have done a better job of keeping the common areas clean and presentable.

I personally liked that I was able to check in early and they provide shuttles from and to the airport which is nearby. Front desk staff were very friendly and the hotel itself was very clean.
