The room is spacious, the breakfast provides a variety of options, I personally like the drinks that they offered. However, one thing as a note is, we were not able to enjoy any kinds of housekeeping services during 5 nights we stayed, which was not really satisfied. After a week, we still feel its fine & overall is great.

We attempted to check in at 3 pm and put on waitlist and told we would be called. At 4:30, still no call so we went to desk and they xhecked us in. Why have waitlist if you are going to bother to call.

All areas in the lobby and halls were clean and bright. The lobby was always clean and quiet. The front desk staff every day was friendly and welcoming. Always greeted us with a hello and a smile. Our room was not automatically cleaned each day. We had to ask for garbage to be taken out and for clean towels. Not sure if this is a hotel policy when you stay multiple days. The staff was glad to do it when we asked but we had to ask.
