Front desk gave me key to someone else’s room and also said they had no record of us after I checked in 2 x’s (due to arriving early). They asked for $50 xtra for early checkin, which is ridiculous if the room is just sitting empty. The room itself was nice- big bathroom carved out into separate parts. Small, but refreshing pool. Good restaurant. Very nice shuttle driver- Raphael who got us to our flight quickly.

Decent hotel, good amenities and price. The on-site dining was good. Biggest issue was the room was very dusty. I woke up hacking and skin extremely dry. Seems like something is up with the circulation and cooling system. This would subside when I went outside. The security and bag check man is extremely hospitable and did what he could to accommodate all guests. Check in was extremely redundant and slow. Other than that, it’s a good location to stay for a cruise overnight or if your flight is canceled. Would look elsewhere for extended stays.

You represented that this hotel was less than a mile from the airport and it was much further than that! Meaning from where the departure area is!! Also it is so low class and in a seedy part of town away from the other decent options! I am really pissed at Expedia for misrepresenting this property! As a Silver member of Hotels.com I am second guessing your value if you can’t even give an honest review!!

Only one elevator was working and they gave us a room that wasn’t made up so we had to fight the elevator traffic up and down several times before settling into our room. Rest of the stay was fine for an airport hotel.
