Great place for early morning flights! Neal who coordinated breakfast was spectacular! He made us SO welcomed! It was like we were his family! The shuttle service is outstanding! It is a 5 star hotel!

We’ve stayed at the Comfort Inn and Suites near Harrisburg airport before and had very good experience. This time the staff was amazing and put us on the 4th floor where it would be quieter. The only thing that was not good was all the mold in the caulking and bottom of the shower.

Several ice machines were down and none of the hand sanitizers machines had any sanitizer in them. That is definitely something to fix as it keeps germs down. Other than that we had a awesome time been here 5 other occasions and would definitely return

Clean, comfortable, pleasant staff. The airport shuttle was great! It was midnight when we were ready for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel and they were only a phone call away. Large breakfast buffet

There was some snow so the shuttle to the airport was not running, but we were not notified so a little stressful at 5am. If we would have been notified, we could have had more time to make alternate plans. Also, our shower didn't work so we were unable to shower before leaving.
