They didn’t give me the room I paid for. There was no suite with a pullout couch. Just a king. They gave us a rollout bed that was old thin and the springs were sticking out. There was mold in the bathroom, the rugs are worn so bad you can see the concrete right through. The lobby was colder than outside. The heat was not on. Worst place ever

We were able to check In two hours early. Check in was seamless and receptionist was very pleasant. I wish I could remember his name. We were given one of the upgraded rooms on the 4th floor and it was beautiful, clean. I have stayed here with my son’ tournaments before and will definitely continue to do so in the future.

This floor was not renovated yet, but my showerhead and tub were in rough shape which I did not think was worth the $207 a night. The food was cold at breakfast and paid $20 for that not thrilled.

The hotel was perfect. The pool was warm and clean. The breakfast fruit bar was outstanding. We are vegan and raw vegan and there were many options plus they had almond milk. The employees were wonderful. Great stay.

Clean spacious room with comfortable beds. Could use updated furniture and carpet. Desk was marred and carpet by the bathroom door was well worn with some holes. I typically expect better from DoubleTree. Breakfast buffet was good.
