Very reasonably priced accommodations in convenient location -- nice that it includes breakfast as well. Kindof a sketchy neighborhood, but I was fine with simply going to my room upon arrival and returning to my car upon check out.

The King room was clean and sufficient in size; there was a quarter inch hole in bathroom door that I alerted front desk about so I wasn’t blamed- told they were aware; I could not get any movie channels on the TV which was a bummer; I called front desk but was no help-she was to check with other staff & call back, but didn’t. Breakfast was just ok- eggs were cold/sausage patties looked disgusting; no tea options other than Lipton; only bananas as fresh fruit; no wheat or 9 grain bread for toast; no half/half for coffee.

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Just a few things I would suggest. Use a better cleaner, when we first got into our room, it wreaked of bleach, it was so strong we had to keep the window open for hours to air out the room. One other thing is larger pillows, they were small and kind of flat. But other than that we had a great stay.
