The hotel is centrally located - just a few minutes walking distance from downtown. The rooms were clean and had a cool design. However, from a five star hotel I would expect that they get their broken elevator working within four days. We had to carry our luggage down and up ourselves.

We were on the 12 floor we loved the room, and view. We did request for them to change the sheets as they were stained which was done immediately. There were some minor cosmetic things that could be updated. The coffee machine was only for small tiny coffee had to use 3 pods for a small coffee, I usually bought coffee when we were out. Loved the location. Had one issue with getting the room cleaned no one came so I cleaned it myself and got fresh towels off the cart I found. We would still recommend this hotel to everyone.

I loved everything about this property. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, they were very attentive and even had umbrellas for visitors to borrow. It's very close to the Eurostar train and walking distance from shopping. It's located on the waterway, which is beautiful (especially once the sun comes out). I felt safe and comfortable and had a great trip despite the rainy weather. I would recomme this property and stay here again.

The staff at this hotel were very hospitable. They made the stay great! Only complaint is the room is a little small but we had a great view & the breakfast buffet was expensive for what they offer. The food wasn’t that great.
