I never even checked in. The hotel is intrusive and allows for absolutely no privacy. I couldn’t check in because they told me my sister would need an id and she doesn’t have one. The heavyset Native American lady with the pretty hair was very rude even just in her demeanor. You don’t even have to be rude to her and she’s rude to you. This hotel should Not be on hotels.com as an option because the “risk your money” part is a serious risk your money. Cause I took the L and went down the street to a moderately nicer hotel. That lady with the pretty hair needs to find a career that’s not in customer service.

I stayed there for a month. Location does have roaches. Staff is available and helpful. The short light skinned young man with low cut could really run the place if he wanted to. They do have security at night for extra safety. Do not expect your room to be cleaned for long stays. They have complimentary coffee in the morning. My room did not have microwave or fridge but they have a microwave in the front lobby. If it wasn’t for the creepy crawlers the stay would have been much better.

!!!DO NOT FALL FOR THE FAKE REVIEWS LIKE I DID!!! I'm from LA and have been to some really ghetto places in my life, but this place is easily the MOST ghetto place I've ever been to. Constantly screaming and yelling everywhere at all hours of the day and night, the floors are moldy, half the stuff in the room was broken, the hallways and entire property reeks of weed, there are always gatherings of seedy people smoking and drinking in the lobby and parking lot, and the place feels generally unsafe. Someone died there a few hours before I checked in, I watched a group of teenagers run away from police in the parking lot, and the police were there nearly every night of my stay. Absolutely NOT SAFE for solo female travelers or those with small children by any means, and generally would not recommend to anyone. The only positive was that the staff were all nice and willing to help, but otherwise the room and the place sucked miserably.
