We have stayed there before due to its proximity to Chanhassen dinner theatre. Great breakfast and nice beds , pool are great for our needs . Price was awesome. Our bedside lamp didn’t go on so maybe attention to detail was missing.Other than that , we’d go again.

Need new bedding.

Older hotel. Clean but bedding needs to be replaced. Very light weight and very wrinkled. Coffe extremely weak and often airport was empty.

The positive reviews are a LIE!!

I read the reviews going back to last winter but seen more recent kne were positive so went with it. The man was rude during check in was VERY rude to me! At one point i even asked just about being refunded; which given thru an app he couldnt,which i understand and there would of been slight disappointment from my son. The stay consistented my family of 3. My very calm easy going respectful 10 year old thsy has been in the water nicly swimming was told he had to get out but the hot tub of girls did not. Many problems with the room. I always clean the whirlpools myself before using to ensure cleaniness and thank god I did there was an abundance of crude and whatever else. Over half the channels didnt work and guy working was so rude I didnt even want to let him know.

It was dirty, falling apart. The beds were not made correctly, there was hair in the shower, very dirty room. Also, the pool is apparently not open to guests as it’s being used for private swimming lessons. My daughter was so disappointed, but upon reading other reviews it may have been a blessing because it seems they don’t take very good care of the facilities.
