Check in took a long time and nearly got charged again for a room already paid for on expedia. Building smells of smoke. Plugs aren't set up for convenient usage at all.

I have been asked for my credit card, and ID and they took copies of it even though’ I booked online through Expedia. it was very unusual and honestly surprised the way I have been treated 🤔. I am going to be monitoring my account activities through out the next few weeks.

I was expecting a clean and well prepared room, unfortunately DID not happen. The moment I walked in the room, there was broken glass and broken furniture, this was not what my expectations of this place would be. I immediately informed the front office staff, I am disappointed the way they treated me today. Absolutely not appropriate. I asked for different room and finally got one. I have been here before, but this is the first time I’ve bad experience..unpleasant experiences.

It is in a convenient location off the highways for a no-frills motel experience. It has smoking rooms that smell like smoke.

Double charged and lied to

Had paid for the 9th and 10th and called to ask them if it was ok to check in the morning of the 9th at 2 am was told that's fine and once I got there the guy that answered the phone then told me I'd have to buy another room after I already paid and was told that was ok over the phone. Very disappointed. Didn't have much for food besides vending machines.
