I found the hotel to be adequate for my needs except for their shuttle to the airport. Every hotel with shuttles, in my experience, run about every 15 / 30 minutes. This place runs shuttles ONLY every hour which means going almost an hour earlier to the airport than needed. Had I known, I would not have stayed here.

After reading the reviews for the hotel I was disappointed. Walking in the entryway was not clean. Then there was an immediate smell. Check in was okay . The hallways were not clean the elevator was dirty and missing the down button so we could bring are stuff up once we tried to come down the down button was missing . The shower curtain had holes in it. The beds had clean linen on it. The hotel could use an update there was times when you could smell smoke in the hallway. Which didn't help with my child with asthma . The staff was pleasant.The paint was peeling off in the rooms whole in the wall window had like food stains on it . Overall if I could have cancelled and got a refund I would have found another hotel I would have but it was last minute and already paid for . I wouldn't recommend this hotel for family.

Its okay to stay but no house cleaning

There was no house cleaning which I didn't like but didn't want to make to much iof it. I basically cleaned my room on my own. Hotel can us a little upgrading especially for the amenities near by.

The front lobby has been updated but the rooms are old, grungy, and smell. The plugs in both sides of the bed were broken so we could not charge our phones the pull out couch was not usable. The entire room hallway space in the first and the 5th floor smelt of cigarette smoke. The breakfast was seriously lacking, they were out of sugar for the coffee, and the hot eggs and sausages were quite rubbery. Will not stay here again!! Close to airport but the shuttle is completely unreliable. Reseved the shuttle but overbooked so still had to take an uber to catch flight ontime

It was ok , clean but dated. They renovated but can tell that some areas are still old. Staff was helpful and friendly . Breakfast was ok. Area around hotel is limited but it is close to mall - but hard to walk - still Need to drive to it.
