My first room had ants in the room I asked to switch front desk said yes and apologized…second room smelt awful so they gave me another room, 3rd room was ok heater was so loud but we didn’t use it so it was fine… My car got broken into while there (along with 12 other at the other hotel that shares a parking lot) front desk was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me…they said they would give me points but I have yet to see those.

I had call two weeks before staying and asked for room numbers close by the front door because my sister just had hip replacement so I wanted her to have a easy walk got the room number the day of check in call talked to the woman at the front desk she said she would take care of it got to the hotel our room was not what I needed now we where at the back of the building not close by a door and so far for her to walk she didn’t go down for breakfast And the beds are so high up I had to get a step out of the car for her to get into bed you don’t think of all people when ordering beds and accessible please do better

Check-in was slow. Free breakfast was very limited so we ended up going next door to Lucky 13 instead. Rooms are in need of updates. Pictures were missing off 2 walls but the nails were still in the wall. Hot/cold was backwards on the bathroom sink. No fan in the bathroom. Looked to be some black mold or something starting on the ceiling and walls around the shower. Toilet handle was very loose. Check out was interesting. 3 people were at the desk. Not sure if they were all workers. There was a lady who seemed to be complaining about something. No one looked at me. Finally the lady complaining asked if I needed something and the main worker said she'll get to me and the other gal was also a customer. I interrupted and said all I need to do is check out and handed them the room keys. Super awkward. And the do not disturb key fell off our door so as my husband and son were in the pool and I was getting ready and someone started knocking a bunch on my door. The guy apologized and said the do not disturb thing was on the floor. I asked for the tag back and put it on the handle and then the guy apologized and handed me 3 clean towels??

High without permission

We have stayed here 3x plus and it’s always been great. We see the same band yearly and stay in Plymouth so we don’t have to drive 30-45min home. The king sized bed was nice, shower was okay, toiletries were nice and smelled nice too. We love being close to Lucky13 for dinner & drinks. Our issue was after we got back to the hotel after the concert, we walked out of the elevator into the strongest marijuana cloud we’ve ever experienced. It followed us down the hall to our room and inside as well. The permeating smell was unbelievable!! Not something we were expect to greet us and put us to sleep.

We booked this property for a staycation so the kids could swim. The room was clean and met expectations. Beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were just what we were looking for. The hot tub was hot and the pool was nice and warm. Highly recommend!

Place was not ghetto. Very clean and friendly staff. Pool is clean along with jacuzzi. Running machines were nice as well. Would strongly recommend.
