Our stay was great from start to finish. We were checked in by a young lady named Alex, and she went above and beyond. She signed us up for the rewards program and gave us a small goody bag for our anniversary. She even shared a few of her favorite restaurants with us, all with a smile. She made us feel welcomed and appreciated. The rest of the staff were wonderful as well except for one guy who was a bit rude when we asked where the valet was. All in all, a wonderful experience with a clean, spacious room, good breakfast, friendly staff, and lots of perks and amenities. Five stars! Well done!

Horrible customer service.

My stay was good. The soap dispenser was out of soap, but we only stayed 12 hours for a concert so not long enough for us to care. However, on Monday when checking my card, I noticed two charges of the same amount that for the same stay of one night. I called and had the unfortunate luck to get Scott on the phone. Who first jumped down my throat and told me off about not allowing enough time (only 1 business day) for the transaction to properly post to my account and before I could pose what i was calling about. I was calling to dispute the 2nd charge. I asked for a manager and dont believe I was transferred correctly so I called back. He picked up the phone and when i asked who i was speaking with he just atuomatically transferred me away again. Again, to the wrong extension. I called back a 3rd time and still didn't get a manager and was told to dispute my 2nd charge with my card provider. Scott said he was too busy to listen to my issue and provided the worst service I have ever experienced in my 42 years of life. If I was thinking of a return stay, that is gone after the most unpleasant interaction with the rudest human on earth. He should find a different job if he can't answer the simplest of questions with poise and during high traffic times.

I love that this property was close to the event i was in town to see. I have two issues that need to be addressed. 1. When I called to check in they stated they were busy and it was first come first serve to check in. Ok no problem. Once I arrived the price I was quoted were two different prices and I understand going through third party pricing options can have mistakes. Otherwise we checked in with no problems Until we unloaded our car and got back to the room and a gentleman entered and claimed he was checked in to the same room. Lots of confusion but ultimately got it straight but still a little stressful especially when children are with you. 2. Sink in the bathroom was spraying north, south, east, and west was very hard to do anything with water spraying on you constantly otherwise hotel stay was decent.

Beautiful hotel! So many perks with the happy hour, valet parking and good sized room! Only recommendation is that the public restrooms in the lobby area be cleaned more often. Absolutely gross at 9am on Saturday morning.
