Close to all the best FOOD and ACTIVITIES and BREWERIES in Northeast. ~10 mins from downtown and North Loop; ~20 mins from Uptown. There is basic cooking stuff (I cook simply), TV, and is walking distance. Travelers with best experience here tend to be younger in age.
