Worst place that I've stayed in for a long time

This is a very run down hotel, and nothing like other LaQuintas that I have stayed in. The breakfast had like one piece of bread in the breakfast bar. The carpet was gross, the walls were dirty. The showers flooded bathrooms in both rooms we used. We had to use towels to dry the floors and when we asked for more towels, they said they had run out. When we were checking out, a woman was freaking out because the airport shuttle was nowhere to be found. It's pretty awful. Skip it

The parking lot is atrocious- craters everywhere, broken glass, trash- I wouldn’t let my children walk on it. The tv remote barely worked- had to press a button 15times to get it to do its function. We had no shower curtain and the front desk refused to give us one and “ran out of towels” The carpet is disgusting and needed replaced 2 decades ago The lock on our door was broken Our tub was dirty and the drain was sitting outside of the hole where it goes when we got there

For a Wyndham property, I was shocked to experience the conditions that this building was in, peeling wall paper, grossly dirty carpets and the smell of mildew. The room had no towels or toiletries, curtains were not hung properly. There no back door access from being broke, no cart to take belongings, Highly grossed out by this property, could not take shower because they refused to bring towels. Never again, this place should be closed down.

Dirty. Needs maintenance.

Toilet was clogged and had dirty toilet paper and vomit in it. We didn't realize until after we fully unpacked. It was around 1am. Fortunately, they put us in another room. But both rooms the furniture was filthy and stained, we couldn't even sit on it. Half of the light bulbs didn't work. The hallways were dirty, stained, and damaged. The only solace was the hard surfaces were cleaned, the bedding was clean, and the floor seemed well vacuumed. The ice machine on our floor didn't work. There was a person sleeping in the check-in lounge area. Breakfast was only cold cereal and coffee (I went three times to check). The vending machine took my money but didn't dispense anything. Everything was very disappointing. This is obviously terrible cheap management who isn't investing into care of the facility, since the staff were friendly and helpful.

Econo stay

Make no mistake this is a Budget Motel with a lot of transitional housing guests. However I have stayed here annually for several years now and it always meets my needs especially the very convenient hourly shuttle to the airport which is been easy and on time 90% of the time for me. And I do notice the continued upgrades in the rooms each year however the hallways are hard to maintain I think with all the traffic from the families that probably stay. But for me overnight to and from the airport it is perfectly Suited for my needs and I will most likely continue to stay here.

The check in was terrible. Tried calling the hotel from airport to get a shuttle to pick me up. There was no answer. Tried calling for over an hour. Then called reservation line & they couldn't get a hold of the hotel either. They also said that they couldn't verify the reservation & I should just get my money back. An hour or so later I called the customer care line. They verified the reservation & after a couple tries they finally reached the hotel. After I talked with the front desk (who was very unprofessional). I finally was able to get a shuttle to pick me up. The staff at the hotel was very unprofessional. I informed them I needed a room with a refrigerator for my medicine & they said that's not what was reserved. So, ended up using ice from the machine to keep it cold. Overall the staff atvthis hotel was non concerning of my situation. And I will probably never stay here again.
