Horrible place to stay

Unclean bed sheets. The hotel smells of weed. Front desk guy was extremely rude. Although their page says that breakfast is included, there was none and the excuse was that they stopped it a few months back and forgot to update their information.

Needs updating.

There was no breakfast available. I had a table light that didn’t work. Lights could be brighter in the room. Mattress was absolutely horrible. The hotel is conveniently close to airport. Great shuttle service.

Barely passable

Stayed here a few months ago and it was acceptable. This time not so much, some regular travelers, some sketchy people. Bed in the room was fine, clean and comfortable. However the floor had a lot of visible crumbs, chunks of dirt and hair. There was a random pube on the toilet. The breakfast was even worse this time. One carafe of coffee, 6-7 packets of oatmeal and a stub of cornflakes and another cereal. No milk. I saw people eating the cereal with water on it. Someone was screaming and slamming doors at 3am, there was a domestic going on when I walked into the lobby. Staff seems annoyed or disengaged.

Wallpaper peeling, hole in the ceiling (probably for peeping), and dirty shower. They are supposed to provide a shuttle to airport, which was scheduled for 6 a.m. It still was not there at 6:10.

We have usually have a great stay at La Quinta hotels, this time the beds were saggy, the room was unclean, and the breakfast was below standard. There was only bagels and muffins available. They usually have the sausage eggs and waffles.

The room was dirty especially the bathroom. There was garbage on the floor in the bathroom behind the door and under the sink. There was also garbage all over the ground by the exit we used. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. They charged me an extra $100 when I arrived. I would like that back!

Pick a different hotel. Trust me

Booked for an overnight layover in Minneapolis. Booking stated breakfast and airport shuttle. NO Breakfast. An additional $100 deposit and this was the dirtiest LaQuinta Ive ever stayed at. Dogs barking INSIDE the hotel all night, parties. The floor smelled of cigarette and pot smoke. Then upon check out I inquired about the shuttle back to airport and desk clerk scolded me for not signing up. Sorry...no one explained that was a requirement. My checkin was rushed probably had tick tok videos to watch. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT STAY HERE
