The staff was super friendly! I went for a weekend trip and they were super nice and helpful with answering any questions I had since this was my first time in Minnesota. Would recommend staying here to anyone!

Very friendly front desk staff. Breakfast wasn’t free but it was delicious. They didn’t validate our parking (and neither did the restaurant), so we ended up paying the entire $24 per night. We actually paid $48 because we went over the 24-hour limit by a hour. The room was clean and nice but is showing its age. We like that it is attached to the Mall but we might give the new Marriott a try next time since that is also connected.

The reason for this trip was shopping and dining at mall of America so the location was great. Check in was very quick and was given adjoining rooms as requested. We ate breakfast at the onsite restaurant the morning we checked out and felt selection and food quality was great. Prices are on par with what you’d expect at a full service hotel restaurant ($20-30pp). We’ve stayed at this property several years and have always felt comfortable but lacks any sort of personality. Staff are nice but show no enthusiasm. Also, products used in room (shampoo, lotion, soap) appear very generic.
