Shower door didn’t close and water leaked. Ironing board was broken. I thought self parking was a daily charge with a validated ticket but I had to pay $24 each time I left. Overall it was OK but I expect much better from a 5 star hotel.

The Radisson Blu is our first choice when visiting the Mall of America. We've stayed here twice now and select this location for the restaurant, quick walk to the mall, and overall appearance. Staff is friendly and check-in and out process is quick.
