The property’s aesthetic is dated. The colour scheme of teal carpet and glitter black tile is more reminiscent of a budget hotel than a full-service establishment. The linens were of poor quality and the blankets were thick sheets. The bathroom lacks vanity space and is cramped. However, the property was very clean and conveniently located.

It was a great decision to stay here. The hotel is connected to the mall with a sky bridge. The room was very clean. I that thermostat was motion sensored. The hotel provides a shuttle service. I would say you have to listen fast when getting the shuttle contact information from the automated message. The shuttle was quick and smooth.

Nice location but room was definitely not worth the price. We paid for a nicer room to get lounge access, upon checking in we were told that the lounge was under construction so they gave us drink vouchers and breakfast vouchers. We tried to go to the bar to use the drink vouchers, after waiting over 10 minutes without being acknowledged by the bartender, we left. Also unable to use the breakfast vouchers as we had an early flight. Room looked nice in terms of decor but was not super clean, tub had hair in it. The bedroom of the suite had no ventilation and became very uncomfortable unless we slept with the door open. Power outlets in the bedroom stopped working overnight and we woke up to dead phones. Would not stay here again

The staff was super friendly! I went for a weekend trip and they were super nice and helpful with answering any questions I had since this was my first time in Minnesota. Would recommend staying here to anyone!
