Check-in was quick and easy. The room was big and clean. The rainfall shower head could have used more pressure and a door for the shower would have been nice. This was the quietest hotel I've stayed at, aside from the planes flying overhead. Breakfast at the Fite Lake restaurant was good. Being connected to the Mall of America was very convenient and as far as I'm concerned the only way to go! The $20 parking credit was helpful and they accommodated us when I asked to be away from the elevators.

It seemed a bit rundown. The sink took 30 minutes to drain. The toilet needed to be flushed a couple of times with the handle held down just to have a clean bowl and that's with number 1. The front desk staff wasn't very friendly or welcoming. I was given a handicapped room without asking for a preference. I did not want a handicap room.I definitely think it was overpriced for what they offer.

We had a great time staying at this hotel! The staff was helpful, the shuttle to the airport was easy to use, and we were connected to the MOA! So much fun!
