Over all a great experience. The only hiccup we had was with the valet parking for some reason their software wasn't updating that our car was ready for pickup so we were about 30 minutes behind schedule. No big deal really.

The best part of this hotel is that it is attached to the Mall of America. Good luck parking!! The park lot is under the hotel and it has very tight parking spots. The furniture was in pretty rough shape. The beds are hard. There is a No room in the bathroom for toiletries. This includes around the sink and in the shower. Speaking of the shower there is no door so you get cold while showering. And the heat in the room definitely doesn't heat to what it is set to. The only reason i would stay here again is so i don't have to go outside in the cold.

Every staff member we encountered was super nice. Glad we brought our own pillows for comfort, but otherwise comfortable. Clean rooms. I wish the room service menu was a bit more kid-friendly, but we did a pickup from MOA and it worked out fine.
