I turned down my bed and found the sheets were ripped. I had to leave a note for the hotel cleaning staff to put non-ripped sheets on the bed. Also, the remote batteries were dead. I found this day to be OK but expected better wish she would’ve had a Keurig. Coffee was terrible.

The hot tub and pool were a big decision maker and the rooms are beautiful staff are very nice and the hotel was pretty amazing. I highly recommend this hotel. Parking is across the street. Parking is a little steep tho. But all in all was a great experience.

My only complaint is that they made you pay for Wi-Fi. I think with having to pay for parking and the rooms are not exactly cheap, I don’t understand why any hotel nowadays would make you pay for Wi-Fi. That should always be included.

Comforting, warm place to stay. A group of women were having a very inappropriate photo shoot in the lobby for an entire evening while we were there. They seemed to know the employee at the front desk. Also, the pool deck had poor ventilation which made it very uncomfortable to breathe while in and around the hot tub
