The pillows were the smallest most terrible pillows I have ever seen in my life, and their was a high pitch ringing in the room so I had to unplug the fridge, and the walk in door to the hotel was broken so it had to be manually opened.

I had booked this a week prior and also called a day before to indicate that I have a late flight and would be having a late check-in close to being to midnight. With that said, I finally got to the hotel, tired from flying all day, just be told that their computers were down and I was waiting up to 30mins with no help on getting myself into a room, which I had already paid for in advance.
