Pariskunnat vetäytyvät rannalla

Moderni, valoisa, kaunis yhden makuuhuoneen huoneisto suoraan kadun toisella puolella rannalta. Se on täydellinen romanttinen loma parille! (Huoneisto nukkuu vain 2). Ilmainen rantapalvelu tarjotaan maaliskuun puolivälistä marraskuun loppuun. Yksikkö on vasta uusittu ja kalustettu. Makuuhuoneessa on mukava parisänky ja taulutelevisio. Uusittu kylpyhuone on valoisa rannikkoväreillä ja kauniilla laatta-suihkulla. Keittiössä on uudet ruostumattomat laitteet, graniittit. Olohuoneessa on mukava nahkasohva rentoutuaksesi ja katsomassa suurta taulutelevisiota.
Huoneisto sijaitsee 2. kerroksessa, josta on upea näköala rannalle. Siinä on oma tilava parveke, jossa korkea yläpöytä ja kaksi tuolia rentoutua ja nauttia aamu- ja iltajuomista viettäessäsi kaunista rantaa!
Yksityinen aidatulla rannalla pääsy on kadun toisella puolella huoneisto. Rantapalvelu sisältyy maaliskuun puolivälistä lokakuun loppuun, ja siihen sisältyy sateenvarjo ja kaksi tuolia, jotka asetetaan päivittäin.
Allas on suoraan etuoven ulkopuolella ensimmäisessä kerroksessa. Kävelymatkan päässä on useita upeita ravintoloita ja viiden mailin säteellä laaja valikoima ravintoloita. Jos etsit ostoksia, Silver Sands Outlet Mall on lyhyen ajomatkan päässä asunnosta. Alueella on useita hyviä golfkenttiä. Destin Harborissa on tarjolla erilaisia vuokrakalastusvaihtoehtoja. Polkupyörän vuokraus, yolo-levyt ja rantalelut ovat vuokrattavissa rannalla ja lähellä sijaitsevia myyjiä.
Tämä huoneisto on saanut hyvää palautetta sijainnistaan lähellä kaikkea. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Miramar Beach. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi ulkouima-altaan ja pyykinpesutilat. Huoneistossa tarjoaa asiakkaille keittiön ja parvekkeen.

Great location, poor communication from host

The property was located in a great spot. Communication with the host was frustrating. We had to ask for the checkin instructions/code even though it was several hours past checkin. Upon arrival, we found out the outdoor pool was under construction. We were never informed it would be closed. I understand construction happens, but it was frustrating to not be aware. When brought up, host said they only found out the day before. The host did offer us to cancel our remaining stay, however finding a new location seemed like a lot in the middle of our stay. When we asked if we could receive a slight discount for not having all of the amenities paid for, the host completely stopped communicating with us and wouldn’t answer VRBO’ calls.

the rental was clean and quiet. We rented because it was advertised as having a pool. The pool was being rebuilt and was not usable. The owner should have notified us prior to renting and we would have rented elsewhere.

Exactly as pictured

This property was really nice! The king sized bed had very comfortable bedding and we slept very well. The view from the balcony was lovely. We wiould definitely recommend this homefor any couple looking for a cozy vacation!

Always Pleased

We are always pleased with this condo, this is our third year staying there. I would like to see the cushions on the balcony chairs replaced, they have really lost their padding. Maybe a few more wash clothes and towels for a 7 day stay for 2 people. There are 4 towels and 4 wash cloths so we had to launder them to reuse. Overall our accommodations were great and would definitely rebook for next year.

Amazing!

This property was phenomenal! The condo is just as listed on the site. The unit is beautifully remodeled and clean. It was well stocked with everything we needed. It was so cozy and comfortable. The beach setup each day was so nice and it's just steps to the sand. The pools were very nice to have as well. We hope to stay here again! We work so hard all year to go on vacation and to have a place like this to say made our vacation wonderful. I highly recommend!

We were able to relax and we loved the feature that the place provided a private entrance to the beach as well as chairs and an umbrella set up for us! Another Great Trip

We stayed in this exact property in August of 2023 and loved it so much we had to come back the first opportunity we had. The place is clean, well equipped, and is in a perfect location. Quick access to the beach, driving distance to the outlets and other dinner spots, and breakfast on the patio to stare at the ocean are just a few qualities of this property. The beach service is just the icing on the cake! We will be back again. Highly recommend.

The host sent us a checkin instructions via email. Not one thing was wrong with this. Easy process for entry to the condo. Walked in everything was spotless. Was perfect for two people. Close to the private entrance to beach, close to serval restaurants in walking distance. Balcony was perfect to sit out on and relax watching the waves across the street. Perfect get away. Hope to be able to book again with this host again. We loved everything about this spot. 10/10

Nice condo. Clean with a nice look. Easy access to the beach. Felt safe going for walks anywhere. Only one ding: the mattress has a noticeable soft spot / divot where people always lay.
