Tämä kaunis huoneisto on uskomattomat näkymät, viihtyisästi sisustettu ja avoin pohjaratkaisu, mikä tekee tästä 8. kerroksen kulmayksiköstä yhden halutuimmista yöpymispaikoista Persianlahden rannalla yhdessä Sandestin Golf and Beach Resortin rannalla! 

Kauniissa kaakelilattiassa on tilava oleskelualue ja piirustusten takana paljastaa upea ylimitoitettu parveke, jossa voit nauttia aamiaisbuffetista tai iltapäivälehdistä. Tommy Bahaman teemalla oleva olohuone sopii erinomaisesti niille illoille, joissa haluat saada kodikkaan ja katsella elokuvaa perheen kanssa. Siinä on myös ylimitoitettu vuodesohva, johon mahtuu mukavasti jopa kaksi henkilöä. Ruokailuhuone mahtuu kahdeksan helposti, kun baari mahtuu jopa neljä sopivammin. Keittiö on täysin varusteltu ja siinä on kaikki tarvittavat työkalut omien kulinaaristen mestariteosten luomiseen jaettavaksi perheen ja ystävien kanssa.
Master-sviitissä on king-size-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone, jossa on vaatehuone, ylimitoitettu kylpyamme ja kaksi erillistä turhuutta, jotka sijaitsevat huoneen erillisillä alueilla. Siinä on myös oma parveke, jossa voit kuunnella ja katsella Emerald Coastin upeissa sokerimaisissa valkoisissa hiekkarannoissa olevien aaltojen huuhtelua ja virtausta. 
Kuningatar vierashuone jatkaa tommy bahama innoittamana kalusteet, joka sisältää istuu tuoli ja kaunis puinen kirjahylly ja seinälle taulutelevisio dvd-soitin viihdettä. 
Kolmas makuuhuoneessa on kaksi täysikokoista vuodetta ja pukeutuja, ja siihen kuuluu myös seinälle asennettu televisio ja DVD-soitin. On toinen kylpyhuone, jossa on amme ja suihku yhdistelmä molemmille vierashuoneille jaettavaksi.    

Beachside One, jossa on vasta sisustettu aula, sijaitsee suoraan rannalla vain muutaman askeleen päässä rannan rantakadulta. Rakennus tarjoaa vierailleen ilmaisen langattoman internetyhteyden, kausilämmitteisen uima-altaan ja kuntosalin, joka on kaikkien nauttia.
Näillä yöllä, jotka haluat nauttia illasta, Baytowne Wharfin kylässä on tarjolla lukuisia ravintoloita hienosta ruokailusta pizzaan, sushiin ja muihin. Beautiful Condo

Very clean, comfortable condo. Kitchen was well stocked with a variety of dishes, drink ware, and gadgets for cooking and storing leftovers. Lots of bath towels, but wish we had more than one dish cloth and towel. We had a couple minor issues that were resolved promptly. Communication was top notch! The resort is beautiful and well maintained with lots to do within a short shuttle ride or drive. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect

This condo is in Sandestin which is one of our favorite places. The pool was super warm and we were able swim even when it was cold. There is a private beach with the best security guard making sure everyone had wrist bands. The condo has the best views and was super clean. The bathrooms could use a remodel, but other than that the place was perfect. We stayed with 6 and had plenty of space (all of the bedrooms are HUGE).

Perfect spot!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo had plenty of space and everything we needed for 2 couples and lots of kids. The corner location was perfect. We enjoyed both balconies and the short walk to the beach. The property itself (not the individual condo) could use a little attention. My son got stuck in the elevator and it took quite a bit for maintenance to show up to assist the firefighters. That elevator was then shut down for 2 days after that leaving the entire 15 story building to use 1 elevator. It was about a 10-15 minute wait for the elevator during that time. My other son cut his foot on a broken tile in the hot tub.

Reviewer Comments: The place was beautiful, there was only a couple things that could have been addressed, no vents in the bathrooms, there was a little mold on the bathroom ceiling. Nothing to be too worried about but could be because there wasn’t vents. We were a party of 6 adults and it was very spacious, but there were only 9 wristbands when we arrived. It wouldn’t affect anyone unless there was more then 9 people. We would definitely rent this place again in the future. Oh the filter in the fridge is 100 days overdue , just a FYI. Again very nice place to stay. Would recommend to anyone with big families. We loved the updates from Platnum about anything related to our stay.

Beautiful view!

Beautiful panoramic view from all the windows, and the open floor plan was great for our family of six! We knew the pool had suffered damage from the last hurricane and wouldn’t be open, but that was perfect for us, as the master overlooks it. We had a slight issue with the refrigerator water filter, called for service, and it was fixed right away. The property also had plenty of extra bedding and towels. We were overall pleased with our stay, as there is plenty to do in the area, even within walking distance. Just have patience and allow extra time for the traffic, since it’s a popular family destination. Our only complaint was a few of the baking pans were used and put away dirty by a previous tenant, but a little soap and water fixed that. 😉 We would definitely stay again, and recommend! Spectacular Views

This condo has an amazing view from the wall of windows. We were so very happy with that. The beds were comfortable Towels and Linens were provided. Kitchen was well stocked and my little one loved the heated pool. I would have given 5 stars but the unit is in need of a facelift. It’s just old and needs update. For example Cracked molding and peeling paint throughout. There were many Dead bugs as if the unit had recently been sprayed but not cleaned after. The management was great in coming the next day for Sink Faucet handle that was broken, bathroom door that wouldn’t close, toilet running in the master. All very appreciated. Thank you

When booking last minute I do not have the highest expectation, however, from the moment we opened the door we were so excited about the opportunity to stay in this very lovely accommodation. We walked in to a bright, well decorated vacation home. There was plenty of room for my family, the kitchen was well stocked and the beautiful white sands were right in view. Communication was top notch as far as how to access the condominium, it was easy to get around and the information available on the App was helpful for the entire group.Just to keep things on the real, there were a couple things that were outdated but I can see where there is an effort to keep things up to date.Our entire group had a fantastic time and I will definitely plan to stay at this location again.

Great stay, but needed cleaning supplies.

The place was great and the management company was very accommodating with our check in/out times. My only complaint is that there were no basic cleaning supplies. We had to purchase dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and trash bags so that we could keep the place clean during our stay. The check out instructions also weren’t very clear as to where to dispose of boxes that could not go into the trash chutes.

Beautiful view!

Overall a wonderful stay and would come back again! The good: Beach is beautiful and monitored to ensure only those at the condo set up there so it won't ever get over crowded. Pool is beautiful and was heated during our stay which was late March. It seemed appx 85 degrees maybe even warmer. Also monitored to ensure only those with wristbands are using. The condo layout was great for our family and the beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of pillows, blankets and towels. The not as good: Living room furniture not so comfortable. I had trouble with our codes to enter pool and beach. I called after hours and it didn't seem there was a way to leave a message. I emailed thru hospitality app and never got a response. (The issue was my fault and figured out the next day so I didn't try to call back.) Condo had no hand soap, 1 dishwasher tab, no coffee filters, 1 washer tab... I'd guess renters leave their extras and they are taken out but it seems like it would be nice to leave the extras. They should purchase an extra set of silverware. I didn't count how many there was but we were always short on spoons and forks. Again, overall a wonderful stay and would book again. (But would look for a place with more comfortable living room furniture first.)

So relaxing and beautiful!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the unit so much that we’ve already booked it for next winter. The staff with Platinum Services are fantastic! Very friendly, helpful and responsive no matter what. My only suggestion would be that it’s definitely time for the couch to be replaced, and new cushions for the living room chairs. Not comfy at all. The beds, however, are very comfortable. Amazing view of the beautiful Gulf!
